Fontanini on his current underwater series

In an era of Neo-Esotericism, we find ourselves vibrating energies to summon entities from the past, navigating a digital obscurantism where humanity is caught between ancient paradigms and modern solutions to eternal dilemmas.

We plunge into the unconscious abyss, where dolls wander the ocean depths, meeting their scaled counterparts. Oceanic conches tune into currents, anticipating the rise of the Leviathan, patient as global warming ravages the surface.

As humans are engulfed in both physical and energetic waste, life beneath the waves thrives as vigorously as in the Cambrian period. Tritons and hierarchs contend with microplastics mixed with marine snow but acknowledge the omnipresence of the divine in the waters, which strategically sends tsunamis to nuclear plants.

Seahorses attack darkened military bases, signaling distant aquatic wars, while humans on the surface endure relentless industrial pollution. Pagan temples flourish in both realms, as the sphinx guards the Ark of the Covenant with great care. Mercenary sharks lurk like persistent ideas within the collective mind, floating like foam on the waves.

Despite the proliferation of skyscrapers and sprawling cities, humans remain trapped under Gaia’s celestial vault. The Demiurge plays with his pets, the favored pet of God after the Leviathan.
